Shipping:

When will my order ship?

We only ship Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays.) We aim to dispatch all orders placed on a working day before 2pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship at the latest on the following working day. Sometimes if our courier pick up is late and you order between 2-4pm it may ship that day but we recommend ordering before 2pm to be sure.

How much is shipping?

Standard 2-4 day shipping is £3.95 for orders under £75.

Parts orders above £75 has standard shipping for free (except for a few larger size bike models and oversize items that have a surcharge which will be shown at checkout).

If you want a tracked next working day service then it's £7.95 (for parts orders) and you need to place your order before 2pm. Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered on Monday as that is the next courier working day.

Bikes are priced at £9.95 for a tracked 2-4 day service or £14.95 for an express next day delivery (if ordered before 2pm and excludes weekend delivery and scottish highlands)

Please note - No courier offers a true guaranteed delivery service, such things as vehicle breakdowns, delays, weather compromising situations and more external circumstances can and do happen. With this said, we pay for services known as before 12, next day etc and whilst these do their best to stick to the product names, they can sometimes be delayed. If you notice your items are not with you when they should be, please do not hesitate to get in touch as the sooner we can open an investigation, the sooner we can help.
