Orders Over £50

Orders over £50 will be shipped for Free to UK mainland except for special shipping zones shown below.
99% of all UK orders will be delivered the next working day barring any strikes/Christmas and busy periods.  All parcels are tracked and you will be given a 1 hour delivery slot.  The instructions will allow you to change the slot, leave somewhere safe or arrange a new delivery.  You never have to wait in for deliveries.

Saturday Delivery - Currently we no longer offer this service. You should not see items being delivered on the weekends.

UK Mainland – 24 hour free delivery (working days) if ordered before lunch time.

Before 12 next day delivery + £19.99(will be next day only if ordered before lunchtime 12:00) 

Orders Under £50
Orders under £50 will be charged £2.99 and typically sent with Evri or Royal Mail on a 2+ delivery service.

Before 12 (lunchtime) Weekday Delivery
+ £19.99 (will be next working day only if ordered before lunchtime 12:00)  This option will be presented for most orders over or under £50. 

Please note this service does NOT speed up or guarantee next day delivery, it simply ensures the delivery is before lunchtime (12:00).

Europe

Delivery to european countries is unavailable.  Due to current export charges and paperwork it is not yet feesable, but hope to get back to providing for our European friends again soon. 

But you can order them at slightly higher cost through EBAY Global Shipping Scheme. Search for Tribal Bikes ebay page. 

Non Bicycle Deliveries (Parts etc)
Parts and clothing items (Including scooters under £70) will usually be sent on a 2/3 day+ delivery service to stay competitive on price whilst still delivering Free shipping to our customers. During busy periods this can be longer and deliveries in some cases can take up to 14 working days, though, this is not typical.

ORDER FULLFILLMENT
To avoid issues on special days or just in general, Tribal has a cut off period of 5 working days to inspect and make claims for missing or damaged items. With so many potential factors that are out of our control from the moment you recieve your orders, we feel this is a more than reasonable time to inspect your orders to make a claim if anything is not quite right. Outside of this, Tribal will reject any claims of missing items or damages.

Please note - No courier offers a true guaranteed delivery service, such things as vehicle breakdowns, delays, weather compromising situations and more external circumstances can and do happen. With this said, we pay for services known as before 12, next day etc and whilst these do their best to stick to the product names, they can sometimes be delayed. If you notice your items are not with you when they should be, please do not hessitate to get in touch as the sooner we can open an investigation, the sooner we can help.
