People here at Tribal are looking to make things easy for everyone. Therefore we are happy to receive any goods back for a refund up to 30 days after purchase. However there are some conditions...
Please email us (info@tribalcompany.co.uk) or use the ‘Contact us’ section of the site giving details as follows:-
-Name
-Address
-Order number
-Description of goods
-Reason for return
We will send back a reply with our retuns address, and note that we cannot accept returns on weekends, bank holidays or public holidays.
Your purchase must be returned in original packaging, And, any extra packing you deem neccesary to ensure the safe return of the goods without incurring further courier damage upon arrival to us.
Any products returned that are damaged, opened, used will of course be liable for a deduction in the refund to cover any further costs making the item good for resale.
All costs involved with the return postage are at the expense of the customer. Tribal does not offer a free return service. We do recommend using a third party site like parcels2go or parcelmonkey to arrange collection and obtain tracking of your return (we would request tracking information when you have it). We want to process your refund as soon as possible so please advise us when arranged with tracking details via email.
Returns can only be accepted Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Please do not use a Saturday service as the business does not operate on weekends.
Restocking Fees
Where applicable, and at the discretion of Tribal Company, a re-stocking fee of £10 may be applied. This is a very rare occasion and would only occur in situations where Tribal has cost in administration to rectify a situation.
