Is a product in stock?
All products are in stock unless it specifically states 'out of stock'.  

How long is delivery?
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours Mon - Fri.  For example if you order is placed on the weekend this will be sent Monday.  Generally all orders are delivered within 24 hours of despatch. You can find more here

Do Scooters come pre-assembled?
Partially, They come with a Hex Key tool and Simply require the handle bars be fitted and bolts tightened to secure them in position.

Do bikes come pre-assembled?
Partially,
Handlebars, Pedals, seat, front wheel, front brake cable & safety items will need to be fitted.

What is your return policy?

We offer a full refund for products returned within 14 working days, as long as they are undamaged and unused. Returns are only accepted Monday to Friday, and restocking fees of £10 may apply in rare cases. You can find more here
